Fahmy Project Solutions LLC (“Fahmy Project Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at fahmyprojectsolutions.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the Site only. It does not cover the Bank Reconciliation Engine or any other software product — those are addressed in that product’s own data-handling documentation and EULA.

Information We Collect

The Site does not use a contact form, account system, or any mechanism that submits your information to our servers or a database. The Site displays a contact link that opens your own email client addressed to us. Any information you choose to send that way — your email address, name, and the content of your message — arrives as a normal email and is not collected by the Site itself.

Third-Party Services

The Site relies on a small number of third-party providers to function:

• Cloudflare — provides hosting, content delivery, and security services, including protecting the contact email address from automated harvesting. As part of delivering the Site to you, Cloudflare processes standard technical information such as your IP address. A direct check of the Site confirms no cookies are set during ordinary browsing; Cloudflare may set a minimal security cookie under certain conditions (for example, if it detects automated or suspicious traffic), but this does not occur during a normal visit. We do not use Cloudflare for analytics or advertising.
• Google Fonts — the Site loads typefaces from Google’s font service. This may result in your IP address being sent to Google as part of that request. We do not control this data flow beyond selecting which fonts to use; Google’s own privacy policy governs how it handles that information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Use Information You Send Us

If you email us through the contact link, we use what you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it — for example, a request for automation or project consulting work, or interest in testing a product we are building. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your message outside Fahmy Project Solutions without your permission.

Data Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, such as for client engagements that result from it. Since the Site itself does not collect or store data, there is no separate visitor database to retain or delete.
